"Maybe the fact I was turning 60 this year made the difference, or that I have 2 small grandchildren to play with and couldn't even get down to play with them. The fact I was so out of shape and very overweight was obvious but Cindy had me pegged right away and realized a lot of my 'problem' was fear.
