Doing a simple workout of 15 minutes on each machine will mean you get the benefits of new found strength, fat loss, increased cardio and you will not get bored doing it. 15 minutes on each is more than enough time, then jump to the next one for 15. Why waste 45 minutes on one boring machine?

2. Swimming

Swimming for weight loss is often overlooked, but if you have a pool in your town and you are a confident swimmer, you should make the most of it.

If you haven't been for a while, you will work out some new, interesting muscles - you will be unusually sore the next day, especially in your abs.

3. Boxing Workouts

I would not recommend any of the machine exercises. I am a person who has lost weight solely through running. Try running for about 3kms a day. That alone can reduce your weight in a month. And that is the healthiest way to reduce weight. go here
