Were can I get help?

I am a 34 yr old wife and mom. I work and go to school. I just want to feel healthy and dont know were to begin.

I dont have insurance even though my husband and I work.

We have three jobs but still struggle plus we both go to school.

I dont always feel healthy enough to keep up and dont know how.

Its very expensive here to afford to see a dietician.

I feel like I'm slowly dying and no one to help.

I can honesty empathize with you as I am struggling myself. This week I started the Special- k Challenge. They provide you with a food plan and just follow the plan. I also incorporated some vitamins such b-12, folic acid and b-complex, which will also increase energy.

Do not say diet, because for two years i have been saying i am going on a diet and soon as i lose a couple of pounds my mind plays tricks on me and i double induldge in food.

Try not to eat after a certain time and be consistent with it. i wish you luck, same age, same situation. but we shall persevere. goal weight loss is 20 pounds before june. lost three pounds this week. 17 more to go.

Hang in there. Change is never easy but just take one day at a time. I am in the same place but just at the 1st of the year have stated to change the way I eat. I still have a long way to go but I got rid of all the junk. Google eating plans. You will find some help.
