How to LOSE Belly Fat, and how comes you Have it, even though you have a small diet ??

hey i am not really overweight
i am 19 years old and like yourself have always been slim. however i have noticed that i am gettin belly fat and i want to know how i can get rid of it for good.
my diet i believe is okai.
for example today. my diet consisted of
breakfast - a cup of tea with one malted milk biscuit
lunch - 10 mini haribo sweets with two bottles of water
4ish - a cup of tea with three fruit shortie biscuits
Dinner - a jacket potato with a bit of cheese, a spoon of baked beans, a spoon of colesaw and another two bottles of water.
After my dinner, half and hour later i did 1000 steps of the stepper, a few stretches, 20 stretches on one leg, another 20 on another and about 500 punches for the arms.250 punches each. i also do an hours walk everyday.
yesterdays diet consisted of
breakfast - a cup of tea
lunch - nothing (dnt like really eating anything @ lunch)
4:00pm - a cup of tea with two maryland chocolate cookies
Dinner - a small plate of rice with a spoon of yogurt.
then i had a malted milk biscuit & later on had a satsuma
when i wake up in the morning and look in the mirror my stomach seems to be kinda flatish however this is another story when i look into the mirror b4 i go to bed. (is this normal).
i really really want to lose the belly fat but i worry that im going to get fatter as i get older and i hate it when my friend invite me out, incase they want to go out to eat like @ pizza hut or frankie & bennys for dinner because i think im going to get FAT with all the food. i cant even socialise properly and i am becomin obssessed with calories. for example i go into asda and really really fancy a crisp pack, i have a look at the calories and then put it down and walk out of asda with nothing.(because i think im going to get fat)
HELP HELP i really really want to lose my BELLY FAT. i hate it and i have 3 or more weddings to go to in the summer so i really want to lose weight by then.
everybody keeps saying to me that i have lost loads of weight but i dont feel as though i have.
i have a twin sister who has the same diet as me although she has a lot more chocolates n crisps in the evenings. but she's thinner than me. why is that?
Will i ever lose my little belly fat for GOOD. if so how??
