Heart Attack at age 58

by Mary
(Klamath Falls, OR)

Now age 68 I made the decision to eat better, to exercise EVERY single day of the week. I started out at only 5 minutes which was hard. Now my daily routine is just like brushing my teeth or taking a shower or making the bed. It's just something I DO. Wow, what a difference in my health, my looks, my joints! I found what I really needed was overall conditioning for my age. I bought a Tony Little Gazelle (Freestyle) and cannot say enough about my overall changes, improvements, feelings of good health. You are never too old or too sick to exercise. For those of you still working, remember it only takes 30 minutes out of your day. You are NOT too busy to take your health into your own hands.

That was a great comment. You are never to old to improve you health. Keep it up. Exercise should be just like eating, breathing, sleeping and even sex! Yes you are never to old for anything. To give up and think it's too late or "I'm too old" is a losers bet. I see people in their 50's who have given up and in reality have truly shortened their lifespan. Good Job and keep on moving. I plan to as long as I can and enjoy everything life throws my way! To live happy is to live!
