15 and need some advice...
im 15 and worried about my weight.
i want to try diet pills but theres so many to choose from, and its not helping. im not overweight, im 5'7" and weight 9stone 7 pounds (135 pounds i think)
i try to do as much exercise as i can, and i also try to eat as healthily as i can, i regulary skip breakfast, even though i shouldnt, and i always eat all of my other meals. i have some snacks in between but its nothing too bad. i want to be toned, but i want to lose some weight aswell.
please can somebody help me?
