I often receive requests and questions concerning fitness article submissions, and yes we welcome guest articles to be published for our reader's information.

We are pleased to accept your original content fitness article submissions for publication on this site. Up to 2 live keyword anchor text links may be included in your article or in the author by-line at the end of the article.

Please understand that we wish to publish informative content of interest to our readers on the subjects of fitness, exercise, personal training and weight loss.
