15 and need some advice...

im 15 and worried about my weight.
i want to try diet pills but theres so many to choose from, and its not helping. im not overweight, im 5'7" and weight 9stone 7 pounds (135 pounds i think)

i try to do as much exercise as i can, and i also try to eat as healthily as i can, i regulary skip breakfast, even though i shouldnt, and i always eat all of my other meals. i have some snacks in between but its nothing too bad. i want to be toned, but i want to lose some weight aswell.
please can somebody help me?

im 15 and a dancer and im about the same height as you, if your looking to tone up a bit try doing a few sit ups every night and do some squats to tone up your legs.. i do this every night at dancing and makes a huge difference, also if your looking to loose weight dont skip meals just eat smaller portions and if your looking for a snack grab a piece of fruit or a yoghurt..fatty foods build up on your hips which probably leave you with love handles also drink alot of water, itll help get rid of any fatty foods passing through your body so they dont build up on you, obviously dont cut out fatty foods completely its fine to have it every so often but you'll also realise eating healthier will have a massive impact on your skin .. it'll take time for you to tone up and loose weight but if your determined to do it then it'll come quicker than you think, hope i helped x
