WALK THE DOG!

When I walk, my mind is engrossed with the smells around me, the sights and sounds. I live in the city so when I spot a bird or hear them singing amidst the city noises, I feel like I have uncovered a treasure. Plus my dog is very happy and very relaxed afterwards!

Exercise doesn't have to be sweating it out in the gym.

Just take the time on a regular basis for enjoyable activities that get your heart rate up. Its great for your mind and body (your dog's too!).
