Visualize the future!

by Lauren
(US)

If you're like me and you've been on and off diets more than once in your life, then you know what it was like when you were successful.

What keeps me motivated is reminiscing of the healthiest point in my life--what I looked like and how I felt, and how my clothes made me look--and I try to make that my goal.

Every time I step onto the treadmill or in front of the fridge, I picture myself in my thinner days and find an new sense of motivation. Having to wear a bridesmaid dress in 3 months also helps!
