Trying to loose weight but I'm on medication that makes it tough.

by Tammy
(Plainfield, il. USA)

I've been down to my perfect size at 120 lbs. And felt so good. Then I started getting sick and was put on several depression/anxiety medicines which make me put on weight. I have been watching what I eat and I also exercise. What else can I do?

Required Medication?
by: Cindy

It sounds as though you are doing what you can.

You don't say what your medical condition (sickness) is or your age. Without knowing details, the only thing I can suggest is to get yourself off the medication. Surely there is some alternative to anti-depressants. Perhaps you should get your hormone balance tested (estrogen/progesteron)as an imbalance can cause depression among other symptoms.
