The mirror is my motivation

Sometimes it's pretty difficult to make myself go to the gym to workout, especially when I'm tired at the end of the day, but I know that afterwards I'm going to feel alot better physically and mentally. Exercise wakes me up and revives my energy.

When even that isn't enough motivation, I just have to look at my body in the mirror. I didn't get enough exercise for many years and it showed in my skinny arms and paunch, but I can see the change for the better with each passing week that I workout.
