The Idiot Diet

I would just like to say that I did try the Idiot Diet - I still try it every now and then - it works - I can lose 5 lbs in one week to 10 days - just don't care for the same old foods over and over that I have to choose from ....eating 4 meals (or snacks) a day works - one can eat as much as one desires, just don't get completely full. It really does work for me but of course, after I lose the weight, then I say, "oh, well, just one won't hurt!" and slowly but surely the weight starts creeping up again. But, I know that I can go to my computer, choose foods they offer on the diet and start all over.
