Preparing for a Trip!

My motivation to exercise: my upcoming camping trip with my husband!
I know we'll be very active during our trip, so I want to be in the best shape possible in order to prevent being sore and/or worn-out.
Plus it doesn't hurt that I know we'll be taking lots of photos on our trip--and who doesn't want to look great in photos?!?
There are other reasons that motivate me to exercise: it relieves stress, it keeps my heart healthy, it helps me sleep great.
