My firm body is GONE!

Ok. Here's my problem. I have been working out for the last 9 yrs 5-6 days per week doing mostly cardio but have recently increased my strength training to at least 2 days per week.
During the past 2 years, I have noticed my body getting more loose. Especially around my stomach area. I eat healthy with the occasional baking of cookies. I eat approximately 1200 calories per day. I'm 32 years old. 5 ft. 6 in. and 132 lbs.
I used to weigh 128 and my body was much tighter. My question is, what can I do to get the tightness back in my body?
Is it just something that comes with age or is there something I can do to get it back?
Do I need to workout less, more. Eat less, eat more? Please help!
