Hi ,
My name is Juan and I am in the process of a body transformation which involves live accountability by blogging everyday with a picture as proof. I have been going now for 37 days and have set some goals for what I want to look like. My plan was developed from the book "Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle" by Tom Venuto and consists of a 4 part strategy: 1) Goal setting & Motivation 2)Nutrition 3)Aerobic Training and 4)Weight Training. I have a good grasp of the proper overall structure to acheiving my goals and maintaining my progress, however I'm not quite sure of the specific training techniques to use in order to acheive the body of my dreams. I have attached a picture of what I would like to look like. Could anyone give me any tips on my transformation.
