Core muscles first, then the rest

A good way to build up muscle is to target the core muscles first with exercises like squats or bench press and then work your way to the limbs. If you strengthen your core muscles, it will be easier to add muscle with a solid foundation.

Large Muscle Groups

Starting a workout with the larger muscle groups also increases heart rate and muscle temperature which reduces the chance of injury. Stretching before and after should also be incorporated into each workout. Nice website!
