I have yet to find a website offering online sales of exercise equipment to Canadians that is located within our borders and doesn't have to ship across the U.S - Canada border. There are certainly plenty of quality websites within the U.S., that sell top name-brand fitness equipment online butyour costs as Canadians in buying from the U.S. will include the current dollar exchange premium + shipping + whatever duties our beneficent Government might impose (sometimes shocking amounts on small items & ...please tell me if you know... whatever happened to the free trade agreement? and just who is it who gets to trade freely?') I'm going to give you a reference to a Canadian company selling quality exercise equipment in 34 locations in Canada... they don't even have a store in the U.S.! We are giving them a plug here as we just had the most pleasant experience buying a treadmill at the Barrie, Ontario location. That company is Fitness Depot Though they don't offer online purchasing, you can certainly have a look at what they offer on their website and call or visit to make an order. (Ask for Margaret at the Barrie store) Highly recommended. Oh yes, and their treadmill prices beat Sears and you get to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about!
