can i do better?

Hi,

I am 29 year old women who is 5'4 and weighs 137 pounds.

However I would like to get back to my original weight of 124 pounds, which I was before my marriage.

I have started jogging for an hour 5 days a week and have stopped all areated drinks.

I eat brown bread instead of white and have substituted sugar with sugar free. My breakfast is usually a bowl of cornflakes, and I try to keep my dinner light as well usually with a glass of milk and 3 slices of brown bread, but this does not seem to be working.

I drink lots of water but instead of losing weight I have gained a kg.

What else can I do?

My calorie intake is above 1200 so that my body does not feel that it is starving and stores fat however I am unable to shake of the excess weight.

Please advise.
