Best Friend

My best friend makes me get my lazy butt up and go running together. I'm a bit of a procrastinator, but my friend always makes me get going even when I don't want to.

A dilema?
by: Anonymous

Is it really healthy to exercise when You don't want to?

From Cindy...A friend of mine used to rationalize his life-long smoking habit by saying that it might be an unhealthy shock to his body to quit. He didn't want to quit. He died of cancer 4 years ago because he didn't do something he didn't want to do.

You have to make your own decisions for your own reasons. Asked whether someone would rather work or not work, what do you think most people would say? And yet, survival, life, finances, enjoyment, love etc. are all enhanced by work, provided you are doing meaningful and fulfilling work toward your goals.

Don't have any goals? That's not healthy!
