Attitude

by Kurt
(Texas)

Nothing is a better motivator than a positive attitude. If you feel good about yourself and your ability to accomplish things it will be much easier to make the choice to exercise when you may not feel quite up to it. A good energy supplement can make a huge difference too. I imagine ENERFIT is the best one out there. If you are tired and groggy, it will make it hard to work out. These two things have done wonders for me.

Note from Cindy: At first I was going to delete this as simple spam, which I think it is, but it leads nicely into an article I wrote recently about energy pills in general... you can read it on my blog. The link to my blog is in the navigation bar on the left side of this page.

Pills are not motivation
by: Clive Fearon

Hi, have just read your blog and would like to say that no pill can give you motivation as motivation is psychological. What pills do is give you energy. This should not be mistaken for motivation.

It could be said though that motivation to exercise is easier to come by if you are feeling energetic.
